How do you pick the brands you sell on GGG?Updated 6 months ago

GGG is a hub for all things ultralight backpacking! Dedicated to supporting the growth of small and cottage outdoor brands, our online store is a diverse ecosystem of makers and shakers. From small brands just getting their start in a spare bedroom (or garage) to bigger more established companies making long time favorites, we believe that collaboration (not competition) helps small brands get ahead. By centering our promotional lenses on small brands while simultaneously making GGG the most complete 1 stop shop we can for ultralight gear, we think it’s a 3 way win for customers, brands, and ourselves!

How do we pick the brands we work with? Well… there are a TON of different considerations :) Here are a couple of the most important:

1. Their products need to have a use case within ultralight backpacking.
2. Major bonus points for brands just starting up, still operating under a cottage model, or are made locally.
3. The brand and their products need to add something new or unique to the conversation. 
4. The brand itself needs to be good to work with. Good people, good business practices, good communication, and good values we align with.
5. We love brands that focus on sustainability, LNT, protection of public lands, diversity, inclusivity and accessibility.
