I'm trying to return an item, but it says "item not eligible for return".Updated 6 months ago

Items that have been used, lost their packaging, or items such as food, undergarments, bidets, toothbrushes, items in The Garage, free gifts, seasonal gift boxes, and custom orders, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged or defective (if that is the case, contact us here). Items that cannot be returned will be identified as such on the item's product page. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for items adding up to $10 or less due to the resources required for this small of a return (environmental and financial). If you have a singular item that is $10 or under, you can still return or exchange it along side a larger priced item.
