My order is marked as delivered, but it still hasn’t arrived.Updated 6 months ago

While 99% of orders arrive on time without issue, sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they are actually delivered (confusing, we know!). In the vast majority of these cases, the package is delivered the next day. This happens because sometimes shipping carriers have quotas to reach each day and packages are scanned as delivered but remain in their truck overnight. This is even more common around the holiday season. We recommend waiting 1-2 business days to see if your package shows up. 

We also recommend checking in with neighbors in case the package was mistakenly delivered to them, as well as checking in with your local post office or mail carrier - they may have the most up to date info!
