What is your return + exchange policy?Updated 6 months ago

We take back items for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery that are new, un-used, and containing original tags and packaging. There is a flat fee of $4.99 deducted from orders returned for refund to help cover a portion of our shipping and labor costs. There is no fee for returns for store credit or exchanges. No returns or exchanges for items adding up to $10 or under. 

While exchanges or returns will be accepted on most items (given they fall within the parameters listed above), no returns can be accepted on Seasonal Gift Boxes, Garage Sale Items, food items, underwear, or free gift items.

Once your return or exchange arrives back at our facility, we will process it in 1-2 business days (although it goes up to 2-4 days during the winter holiday season). Note that any refund given for a return takes 1-2 business days to go through to your original payment method. 

Orders placed outside of the United States will be responsible for covering the full cost of return or exchange shipping. When an international order is returned for a refund, the refund will not include the initial shipping cost.
