An item broke while I was outside using it. How do I know if it’s covered by warranty?Updated 6 months ago

We’re sorry this happened! While we stand by the quality manufacturing of the brands we carry, unfortunately wear and tear can affect gear sometimes. Ultralight gear is sometimes a bit less durable than traditional gear: when you sacrifice weight, sometimes durability is sacrificed too. Please know that not all ultralight gear is for everyone. 

Having said that, sometimes a failure of an item while in use is a manufacturing defect covered under a given brand’s warranty. Contact us here with photos and an explanation of the issue, and we will see if it is covered under the brand’s warranty.
