Can I change my order?Updated 6 months ago

If you just placed an order today, email us right away, we will do our best to catch your order before it goes out to make any changes you need. In most cases, we can easily change the quantity of an item or add or subtract an item. Editing a shipping address is possible too. But please note that sometimes we are super busy and a box ships out the door before we can catch it! So we appreciate your patience and understanding if that happens. 

If your order has already shipped out, we can no longer make edits to your order like changing an address or swapping an item. That said, once the package lands, we can always help facilitate a return or exchange! If the address was incorrectly entered, typically it will eventually get routed back to GGG. Contact us here to see if there’s anything we can do.
