We want you to own the gear you need to get outside, and we're here to help. We accept returns and exchanges given:
* Items are in new condition.
* Items were delivered within the past 30 days.
* Item's value is greater than $10 USD
Some items are non-returnable, including all food, underwear bottoms and bidets.
Orders placed outside of the United States are responsible for covering the full cost of return or exchange shipping. When an international return is processed, the refund will not include the initial shipping cost.
