Unfortunately, our control over things ends once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Sometimes there are unexpected delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If you placed your order right after a long 3 day weekend or during the winter holiday season, delays are more likely to occur. What should I do if my order is delayed?

The best options for domestic U.S. orders that we have is UPS 2nd Day Air...

In short we do not offer an overnight/next day option but we offer 1 option for domestic express shipping. UPS 2nd Day Air.&#xA0;We check on recent orders placed within the day, with a cut-off at 12pm CST. So, if you place an expedited order at 11am CST on a given day, we will most likely be able to send your order out that very same day. If you place your expedited order at 12:05pm CST, then we will ship your order the next day.
